Rental fee (please note that these fees apply for each shiva event you are hosting at BJBE)

Please note:

The rental fee includes tables and chairs (and the set up of these); and coffee, tea and water set up and service. Washing station is available if upon request.
Table linens and paper goods are not included. We ask that all food be cleaned up before you leave BJBE.
We will also be passing along to you security costs for the Shiva. Unfortunately, in this day and age, we do need to have security at all shivas. The number of officers is determined by the anticipated size of the shivas. Please keep in mind, security will range (for a 4 hour shiva or less) from $220 to $660 per shiva depending upon size. For each additional hour, the cost will increase by $55 to $110/hour.
